Organizing a conference requires extensive planning, logistical management, and a strong commitment to detail, and the 2008 Pacific Alliance conference in Beijing was no exception. In addition to the selection of the Grand Hyatt as the conference’s home base, a multitude of other, equally refined venues had to be evaluated and selected for evening events and dinners. A sleek, key visual was designed that incorporated the chosen locations and was applied to custom made gift bags, boxes, conference signage, backdrops, delegate folders, agendas and letterheads.
