In April 2018, F1, for the first time, brought activations to downtown Shanghai in order to engage as many F1 fans as possible. We were honored to work with F1’s worldwide lead agency Wasserman from UK, on the official after party in M1NT – one of the most popular night clubs in Shanghai. To utilize the club’s facilities fully, we transformed it into an F1 themed party space, from long hanging banners outside the building to F1 visuals tactically decorated within in the venue. An digital photo APP was developed to capture unforgettable moments for guests and help to circulate the exciting party on social media. We also managed to safely move and place an full sized F1 model car at the downstairs entrance within extremely short notice (48 hours), which interprets the speed of F1 in our event.
