In the new era, the AW2021 Shanghai Fashion Week was held in Xintiandi, Shanghai, from April 6th to 13th, 2021, “Bloom the Spring”. Since the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic, overseas fashion weeks have adjusted their pace, and profound changes in the industry are evolving. Shanghai Fashion Week sought opportunities in the crisis and tried to set up new standards for the global fashion industry. The AW2021 lasted for eight days, with forty-three brands, six sponsors, and thousands of models and performance teams involved. It was also the third time Liquid Impact participated in this mega event as an official construction partner and on-site execution.
In addition to being responsible for the venue’s infrastructure design and the on-site execution management team with the Shanghai Fashion Week Organizing Committee, Liquid Impact coordinated all the brand shows. At the same time, Liquid Impact also undertook more than 30 brand catwalk shows and flexibly dealt with various situations from early communication to post-production on site. Facing designers’ challenging demands, Liquid Impact put forward professional and realistic solutions. Under the pressure of limited time and space, Liquid Impact tried its best to overcome difficulties of all kinds, winning trust from the brands. Under the high-intensity work of six show rehearsals, three shows per venue, and six load-in and out every day, Liquid Impact coordinated the demands of all parties. They supervised the quality of third-party production, ensuring the quality and safety of Shanghai Fashion Week.
