During Christmas 2020, Cartier presents a giant Christmas tree with a height of 13 meters, covering 200 square meters at the Plaza 66 on Nanjing West Road, Shanghai. It opened to the public for one month. At the bottom of the giant tree, three super-large 3D Cartier cheetahs guarded the tree that was decorated with Cartier gift boxes. Three semi-open interactive Christmas-themed photo rooms were designed to attract consumers. During 28 days show, a total of 27,000 audiences visited the tree and participated in the interaction. On the day of the lighting ceremony, art students from Dulwich College and iStage Academy presented the warm-up show. Li La, a new generation of cellist players, started with a warm Christmas atmosphere. Cartier China CEO Guillaume ALIX (Ai Jingyao), Shanghai 66 Plaza General Manager Zhang Linna (Janice CHEUNG), and Cartier brand friend Song Qian came to the scene to light up Cartier’s colorful Christmas tree.
